A clash.

*Keotsu is walking through an abandoned city - it's clear some kind of rampage occurred recently. Buildings lay in rubble, and not a soul in sight. Keotsu rests his hand upon Nagareboshi.*

"I can sense you! Whomever you are, show yourself!"

*Tightening his grip around Nagareboshi's hilt as the wind kicks up his Captain's cloak, and as he tries to examine the person standing across from him.*

"My name is Keotsu Akarusa, Captain of the Soul Court's 13th Division. Who are you?"

*Keotsu, noticing an ominous feeling as the man's gaze hardened up him, placed his palm nonchalantly on the pommel of Nagareboshi. Sizing the man up as he spoke, Keotsu spoke deliberately, sensing hostility in the man's tone.*

"I was sent to investigate the area - we detected a high-level Spiritual Pressure that did not belong to anyone in the Gotei. I am to investigate the source....by whatever means necessary. "

*Keotsu chuckled quietly as the man spoke, and placed his hand on his own Zanpakuto.*

"That may be...but people with high Spiritual Pressure can restrain it...and...I was the only Shinigami dispatched to this area.

And if no one else but yourself is here, than you must be the owner of the Spiritual Pressure."

*Keotsu's eyes widened as he spotted the bloody robes hanging from the bar. Anger flashing in his sapphire eyes, Keotsu quickly drew Nagareboshi from it's scabbard, the blade reflecting its surroundings as the light hit its polished surface.*

"Prepare yourself. Hollow."

*Keotsu launched himself at the Ezio, starting the battle with a two-handed diagonal slash from his top right to just below the man's waist.*

Ezio had already planned this situation.Knowing how Keotsu would react,as soon as keotsu looked away from him he used sonido while charging a bala in his right hand.Before keotsu could react at all,Ezio was already infront of him,his bala charged in his right fist.He punched keotsu in his face with all of his might(with the right hand) and at the same time,released the bala delivering much more damage as keotsu was sent flying several meters back,crashing through many buildings.


I will give you a piece of advice,captain-san.Do not let your guard down when fighting against me.

Although it is weaker than a normal Cero, it moves about twenty times faster and can be fired at a much higher rate, but the damage is much the same. *As I turn to examine what you are pointing at, seeing you move as I turn out of the corner of my eye, and the fact that your glowing Bala/Punch is rather close now, I do the only thing I can think of - using my Shunpo, I swing my body around in a sidestep, so that your fist goes right past my face and the Bala fires harmlessly past - I then simply quickly bicycle backwards, keeping my eyes on you the entire time.*

"I'll keep that in mind."

*Thinking: Great...I've already had to use Shunpo. This guy means business.*

*Keotsu sees the robes as the sun starts to illuminate the surrounds.*

"What...what have you done...?"

*Pointing at you, Keotsu fires off a bolt of lightning.

"Wait...You? And the Captain-Commander? I....

Well, it doesn't matter. I'm a different person entirely. Looks like I'll be the second person to leave here alive.

And if I have any say in it, this'll be the end of the "Zansatsu"."

"Shoot."

*As the mass of Hollows appeared, Keotsu quickly drew Nagareboshi from it's scabbard, holding the blade as the orange light danced off it's surface.

Using a swift, shunpo-enhanced spin, Keotsu quickly cut down all of the Hollows surrounding him, and stopped his rotation back in his original position - he could see Ezio approaching.

Holding Nagareboshi in his right hand, Keotsu cut a path, swinging his Zanpakuto left and right, until he was within close range of Ezio.

Holding Nagareboshi, Keotsu took his basic stance.*

"Bring it!"

*Keotsu continued to cut swaths through the fields of the brutal beasts, his Zanpakuto flashing in the air as he spun, attacking all sides of im to keep an area clear.*

"I can't believe our Hollow Extermination worked this poorly..."

*Keotsu turning, and seeing Ezio raise his blade, Keotsu unleashed an upward cut, swinging his blade from his lower left to his upper right, catching Ezio's blade and locking the two together. - sparks flew as their swords began to grind against each other.*

"Do you truly want that, Hollow?"

*Keotsu quickly step to his right and rotated his body so that he was facing the area he was just standing it. As his blade was dragged by the movement, Keotsu swung his blade around, coming in a small upward arc, before cutting with his own diagonal slash, from his upper right to left, ending the attack just above Ezio's waist.*

"Hmph."

*As Ezio grabs Keotsu's blade, and pulls back his own to try and stab Keotsu, Keotsu simply sidesteps to his right, mimicking the motion he was going to make, but without the ability to attack.

However, as Ezio has a hold of Keotsu's blade - Ezio's own being unable to reach Keotsu because of the angle, as Keotsu side steps he unleashes a cry of: "Tsuzuri Raiden!", causing an electrical current to run through Nagareoboshi, shocking Ezio.

While paralyzed from the electricity, Keotsu takes advantage of the momentary opening and uses his left hand to sink a palm thrust directly into Ezio's left shoulder.*

*As Ezio spins to his right in an attempt to strike Keotsu, he is forced to release his sword and duck, allowing Ezio's sword to sail harmlessly over his head.

However, as soon as the blade clears Keotsu's head, finding himself without his sword, Keotsu springs himself upwards and catches Ezio's arm while Ezio's back is to him in his rotation. Using his left hand to hold Ezio's left forearm, Keotsu uses his right hand to unleash a powerful palm thrust into Ezio's left elbow, breaking the arm and forcing him to relinquish Nagareboshi.*

As Keotsu ducks,with amazing speed,Ezio kicks Keotsu's head sending him flying several meters backwards and breaking his nose.He then broke Nagareboshi.

*Wiping the blood from his nose, Keotsu is forced to watch as your break Nagareboshi.

Taking his stance with his right arm held in front of him and his left arm slightly behind that, Keotsu waits for Ezio, while mumbling under his breath.*

While Keotsu wipes the blood, Ezio tosses Nagareboshi into the air and extends his index finger,releasing a very powerful dark purple beam,further destroying it.

The hollows keep coming and now they start attacking with ceros on their own.In order to avoid any possible damage,Ezio uses sonido to approach Keotsu.

Description: are high-powered energy blasts that can be fired from various body parts, such as mouth, tongue, hand or fingers. Only Gillians, Adjuchas, Arrancar, and the Visored have so far been shown to use Cero attacks, and it appears that stronger entities can use it more efficiently.

*Keotsu smiles as Ezio took his time trying to obliterate Nagareboshi. However, this act of arrogance gave Keotsu the time he needed.

As Ezio appears in front of Keotsu, he finds himself unable to move, as both Incantations that Keotsu was saying under his breath were completed, completely trapping Ezio between:

Though using a large amount of Spiritual Pressure, the two Kido lock Ezio in place before he can even fire his Cero, though even if he could fire it, Keotsu's shunpo would allow him to dodge it.

Keotsu, using his shunpo, retrieves the biggest shard of Nagareboshi as well as it's hilt - having Shunpoed out of the way, Ezio is left defenseless from the Ceros of the surrounding Hollows.

Putting what's left of Nagareboshi into its scabbard and forcing a bit of Spiritual Pressure into the blade, Keotsu attempts to speed it's healing process.

However, as the Kido have let to release their effects, Keotsu again rushes towards the bound Ezio, and proceeds to break El Parisito, by snapping the blade in half, and then rushing away, as the Hollows continue to fire Cero - Keotsu throws the shard of El Paricito he took into the orange fire en-caging them.*

*Keotsu, holding the shards of Nagareboshi (having still went to collect them as Ezio was dodging his Bakudo) wonders if he will still be able to activate his Shikai with the blade in it's damaged state.*

"I dunno. What do your friends think?"

*Keotsu says this as he punches the face of one of the Hollows in.*
