Our forum needs a banner lol

I would like aizen to be at the bottom(looks like he is closer) and shinji at the top with the words " Bleach-base" above him.Everyone else is in the middle,like a crowd.
You can add any characters you want,just make it look good.Also I would like a "bright" background,dont make it dark.

This is a rough draft, I didnt want to add too many effects and such as I wasnt sure if you like the general style, I'll edit and add/ remove things to suit your requests ^_^

Also the background is a bit too soft,I like the brightness.But I need it to be bright,and daring.But awesome job nonetheless.

I need the right size. How big should it be? The current one is wrong size.
